Bart Rossi, Ph.D. is the Chief Operating Officer and President of the Company. He is a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology, a noted expert in the area of the Alzheimer’s Disease Process, and a pioneer in the delivery of behavioral health services to elderly patients in the long-term care setting. Dr. Rossi has served as President of the New Jersey Association for the Advancement of Psychology, Board Member of the New Jersey Psychological Association, and was a key note speaker for an annual meeting of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Rossi has written and published The New-New American Life Style (2001), and has been a TV commentator and presenter on many occasions.
Marguerite Tiger, Administrator, has worked extensively with the Rossi Group over the past decade and oversees the day to day operation of the company. Ms. Tiger is in regular contact with the key administrators and officials in all of the counties where behavioral health services, law enforcement evaluations/testing and psychological programming are delivered. Ms. Tiger has assisted in the overall growth and development of our organization while at the same time attending to administrative responsibilities. |
Lisa Galasso, Director of Medical Behavioral Services, directs and coordinates all behavioral health services delivered by medical professionals. Mrs. Galasso is active with all new medical/behavioral contracting and presents our programming to administrators and interviews new licensed medical professionals applying for a position with the Group. Mrs. Galasso has very successfully expanded our services and is available to answer any questions regarding contracting our services at long-term, assisted living, and rehabilitation facilities. |
Jessenia Muradas, Administrative Coordinator, works closely with Ms. Tiger and has direct responsibility for provider Medicare applications, credentialing, coordination of services at each facility, and assists with new contracts and programming. She also manages patient relations for the E.A.P. and gives monthly presentations on our E.A.P. services at the County Orientations. Ms. Muradas is bi-lingual (Spanish and English). |
Sandra Bradshaw, Director of Training and Compliance, is a Certified Medical Billing Specialist who has exceptional expertise with regard to Medicare, Medicaid, and all third party compliance issues. Ms. Bradshaw is involved in the training of newly hired professionals and on a day to day basis monitors the overall quality of assessments and progress notes completed. Ms. Bradshaw is assisted as needed by a regulatory expert and licensed medical professionals. |
